 The Abbey Falls are located 10 kilometers away from Madikeri and considered to be the major tourist attraction of Coorg.
The view of water splashing from a 70 feet high cliff amidst the lush
greenery is bound to provide a visual treat to your eyes. Trust us, we
felt a sense of relief in a scorching heat as soon as we witnessed this
beautiful scenario of nature!

  Triveni Sangam is a conflux of 3 rivers namely Kaveri, Kannike and Sujyoti. It is considered to be the most holy spot of Coorg and must say, the positive vibes all around here are bound to detox your soul to the core.
  • SRI BHAGANDESHWARA TEMPLE

 Sri Bhagandeshwara Temple was built in the early 11th century by the Cholas. It is extremely sacred because it was built by them in lieu of the holy Triveni Sangam. The temple represents an architectural masterpiece and is dedicated to Lord Shiva and his sons – Ganesha and Subrahmanya.
We were simply mesmerized with it’s roofs with copper-tiles, sculpted
murals painted with a vegetable dye, wooden idols and carved ceilings
and walls. One got to visit this temple in order to feel the power of
divinity in true sense.
  • TALAKAVERI

 Talakaveri is considered to be the source of river Kaveri. It is situated amidst the picturesque Brahmagiri hill in Kodagu district of Karnataka.
It is located at a height of 1276 meters above sea level and is
surrounded by a landscape full of greenery which instantly brightened up
our mood, being photography addicts! This place looks even more
beautiful in monsoons when a blanket of clouds covers the scenario with
its dominance.
  • RAJA’S TOMB

 Raja’s Tomb a.k.a Gaddige features the tombs of Virarajendra, Lingarajendra as well as their court priest. This monument perfectly represents the Indo-Sarcenic style
of architecture, which brings back the memories of vintage days. These
tombs stand tall and high on the landscape surrounded by grass lawns,
which definitely makes it a photographer’s paradise.
  • GOVERNMENT MUSEUM – MADIKERI

 The Government Museum – Madikeri is located within the premises of Madikeri fort
and allows free entry for all. Though the things preserved here aren’t
accompanied with much information but they are worth a watch if you love
exploring the historic sight of a destination you are traveling.

 Raja’s Seat is also considered to be one of the major tourist spot in Madikeri as it delivers you a visual treat of witnessing an eye-catching sunset view in between the awesomeness of seasonal garden of flowers and artificial fountains. We were thrilled to see the mountain views from Raja’s Seat and the cool breeze flowing throughout made our experience even more pleasurable!

blooming with calm and spiritual ambiance which will certainly assist
you in seeking the piece of mind. This place is considered to be one of
the largest Tibetan settlement
in India and consists of around 16000 refugees as well as 6000 monks
and nuns. The beautiful architecture with catchy colours and shimmery
sculptures will surely provide you the visuals to treasure for lifetime!
